In order to make sure your staff use the systems you have put in place, explain exactly what they have to do. The guide below was created by copying screen shots, pasting them into MSWord and then providing an explanation. The short guide was then converted into a PDF and the pages inserted into the original GoldMine User Guide.
Pages 2, 10 - 15 have been added to a Goldmine PDF to create a seamless user guide.
