Do we get an account manager?
Yes, via PFT,: we provide ongoing support to all of our customers and ensure that the implementation of systems recommended run smoothly. In addition, our recommended suppliers may also appoint a manager for your company. Back to top

How long does it take to complete the ROI calculator?
This will depend upon the size of your business.  We provide printed documentation that will assist you in compiling the necessary information we need.  Typically, we would spend up to a day at your offices in compiling the data and asking various questions to different staff members and departments. Completion of the report would again depend on the size of the company we are dealing with; however, this would normally take no longer than seven days. Back to top

Can we just complete the ROI analysis and decide from there?
Yes, we believe that it makes sense that any transition is carefully considered before action is taken.  You may decide to reduce your costs, and then factor in the implementation of new systems to suit external factors such as holidays or recruitment. Back to top

How are supplying companies selected?
We have had close working relationships with many companies over the years and select a variety of companies depending on their abilities and geographic location.  As I'm sure you can appreciate, an excellent supplier in the south of England may not be able to provide the same level of service to a company in Scotland. Back to top

Will PFT work with existing suppliers?
Yes, if for example there is no need to replace your existing telephone system, yet, if it is agreed that peripheral equipment is required, we will of course liaise with your existing suppliers to ensure the smooth implementation of the new equipment or software. Back to top

Are we obligated to purchase from PFT?
No,we are intent on providing the highest level of service to our customers and we have the utmost confidence in our abilities and approach and would like to think that our customers believe the same.  If in the unlikely event you choose to purchase equipment from an alternative company, then so be it. We know what we want, how can you help us?
If you are already in the process of replacing equipment or implementing new systems, it makes good business sense to get a second opinion.  We believe that two heads are better than one and our experience shows that the PFT approach is by far the most logical. You may also find that the discounts we are able to offer can help encourage your existing supplier to reduce his prices, and if we feel that the solution you are about to choose is a good one, we will tell you .Back to top

Can PFT arrange finance?
Yes we can; most types of finance and leasing can be arranged at excellent rates.Back to top

Can we speak to companies that are using the systems you recommend?
